Botel Hotel Lisa is a floating ship hotel moored on the River Danube in a green nature park, 3.5 kilometres south of Budapest city centre. This two-floor houseboat features 35 simply decorated, air-conditioned guestrooms which have simple decor with white walls and wood furnishings. All offer views of the Danube, cable television, hairdryers, telephones and minibars.
The hotel restaurant offers a range of Hungarian specialities, including fresh fish caught locally, and guests can dine inside or outside, in fine weather, in the grill garden where there are frequent barbeques. Guests can enjoy a buffet breakfast every morning and swim in the outdoor pool, and in the evening guests can watch the sun set over the 'Blue Danube' while enjoying drinks in the bar and listening to live folk music. Staff at the 24-hour front desk can arrange boat trips, dinner cruises, folklore evenings and bicycle rental. Other practical hotel amenities include free parking, dial-up Internet access in public areas, dry cleaning services and currency exchange. The hotel is situated in a green nature park, right on the river, and there are plenty of opportunities for outdoor pursuits either on site or in the immediate area; these include boating, cycling, fishing, motor boating, swimming and football. A large open air swimming pool and thermal bath complex is situated within 1.5 kilometres of the ship. There is a large shopping centre with a casino, cinema, bowling alley and restaurants, two kilometres away, and Budapest City Centre is 3.5 kilometres distant. Budapest Ferihegy Airport is 16 kilometres from the hotel, with an approximate driving time of 15 minutes.

| The hotel offers a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. A pre-pay local bus 93 runs from the airport to the underground metro terminus, Köbánya-Kispest, although passengers may wish to alight at Deák Tér, where the three underground lines meet. The nearest train station Kispest Határ Ut is five kilometres from the hotel. Guests can take public tram 24 to the last station and then take a 23 bus to Csepel. Taxis are available from the airport at the taxi stand, but their fares can be unregulated; passengers should negotiate a fare before leaving the airport. A taxi should cost approximately 25 EUR. Budapest has an inexpensive and efficient public transport system with easy links between the metro, HEV trains, buses, trams and trolleybuses. Tickets can be bought from metro stations, kiosks and newsstands.
Driving directions: From the airport head for Kispest via Hatar Ut and take the Csepel exit. Turn right for the Gubacsi Bridge. The hotel is just past the bridge on the left.
